Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks for clients, ensuring alignment with global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in client sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret sustainability data, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Advise senior management and stakeholders on sustainability strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients on sustainability reporting best practices.
- Prepare high-quality sustainability reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in sustainability to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on sustainability matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting, or corporate responsibility roles.
- In-depth knowledge of global sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of developing sustainability reports and advising clients on ESG strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with multinational corporations is highly desirable.
- Certification in sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI Certified, SASB FSA) is a plus.
