Responsibility

- Monitor and mitigate risks during transitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transition objectives with business goals.
- Conduct post-transition reviews to identify improvements and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on transition progress and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transition methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in transition management, change management, or project management.
- Strong understanding of knowledge transfer processes and go-live readiness strategies.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
