Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the NSCC 3.0 strategy, ensuring alignment with national and regional technological goals.
- Oversee policy formulation and implementation to enhance the governance and operational efficiency of the NSCC.
- Manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners to foster innovation and research initiatives.
- Analyze complex data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and policy documents for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Represent the NSCC at conferences, workshops, and international forums to promote its mission and achievements.

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, or project management, preferably in a technology or research-driven environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-stakes projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting policy documents, reports, and presentations for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and academic partners.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing, supercomputing technologies, or related fields is highly desirable.
