Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business performance management, consulting, or strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
