Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the Group Digital Transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive project management excellence, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Implement data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business performance management, consulting, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or similar is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
