Responsibility
- Lead data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and propose corrective actions.
- Support organizational design projects to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
- Ensure compliance with operational risk and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational performance, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in process optimization, reliability engineering, or organizational design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial services or banking operations is a plus.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
