Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen programs across departments.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align CI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process optimization.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in process mapping tools and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
