Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communications plans aligned with organizational goals and brand positioning.
- Lead media relations, including press releases, interviews, and journalist engagement to secure high-impact coverage.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and community leaders.
- Create and refine messaging frameworks for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Monitor and analyze media trends and public sentiment to proactively address opportunities and risks.
- Manage crisis communications, developing response strategies to protect and enhance the organizationâs reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with marketing, PR, and business development efforts.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using KPIs and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic communications, PR, or corporate affairs, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns in a corporate or agency setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations expertise, including established relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Experience in crisis management and reputation protection in high-stakes environments.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, including social media, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
