Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and insights to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
