Responsibility
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, and events) to promote hospital services, health programs, and community initiatives.
- Create compelling content (blogs, videos, infographics) that simplifies complex medical information for diverse audiences.
- Manage social media platforms to build brand authority, engage patients, and drive awareness of health campaigns.
- Collaborate with medical teams to translate clinical insights into patient-friendly messaging and educational materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation) and optimize strategies based on data.
- Organize and execute community health events, workshops, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative healthcare marketing.
- Ensure all communications align with ethical healthcare standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or non-profit sectors.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email campaigns) and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian fluency is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and CMS platforms.
- Creative thinker with a patient-centric approach and ability to tailor messages for diverse demographics.
- Experience in event planning and stakeholder collaboration is highly desirable.
