Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of communications strategies for NTUâs advancement initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, alumni engagement, and donor relations.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content (e.g., reports, videos, social media, newsletters) tailored to alumni, donors, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, advancement teams, and external stakeholders to align communications with institutional goals.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify NTUâs impact and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of communications professionals, fostering professional growth and innovation.
- Represent NTU at events, conferences, and donor meetings to strengthen relationships and drive philanthropic support.
- Ensure all communications adhere to NTUâs brand guidelines and uphold the universityâs reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (preferably in higher education, nonprofit, or corporate advancement).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies for fundraising, alumni engagement, or donor relations.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with experience creating compelling content for diverse audiences (e.g., donors, alumni, media).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience working in a hybrid/remote environment, with strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
