Responsibility
- Oversee and execute regional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement across Bali’s key tourist hubs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for clients and partners.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, hotels, and tourism boards to expand business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and train regional staff to uphold high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for regional activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends in the travel and hospitality sector to stay ahead of the competition.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regional management, marketing, or operations within the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and driving regional growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics platforms.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions (Bali) and work flexible hours as needed.
- Passion for the travel industry and a deep understanding of customer needs in a multicultural market.
