Responsibility

  • Design and implement loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and SMS strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing communications for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, analytics, and KPI tracking.
  • Develop and manage rewards programs, promotions, and incentives to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in direct marketing and customer retention.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communications.
  • Report on campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in loyalty marketing, email marketing, or direct marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
