Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage and allocate budgets for digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the outdoor advertising and digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, and content) to create compelling, high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our strategies.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) with engaging, on-brand content.
- Support the sales team by providing digital marketing insights and materials to help convert leads into clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in advertising, media, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Experience with content creation and copywriting, with a knack for crafting engaging, persuasive messaging.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
