Responsibility

- Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations for ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Oversee budget allocation and vendor negotiations for digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are advantageous.
