Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand voice, SEO goals, and user intent.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.) optimized for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly with UX/UI and technical requirements.
- Manage content calendars, workflows, and deadlines to maintain consistent publishing schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats (e.g., video, interactive).
- Optimize existing content for conversion rate improvement and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or SEO-focused roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, web copy) with measurable results.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SurferSEO), and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis to inform content decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content accessibility standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
