Responsibility
- Execute procurement activities for assigned categories of goods/services, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and negotiations.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations) to align procurement strategies with project requirements.
- Manage RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate bids, and recommend optimal sourcing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and company procurement policies.
- Track and report KPIs (e.g., cost avoidance, on-time delivery, supplier performance).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and supplier development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and procurement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of incoterms, logistics, and import/export regulations is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are beneficial.
