Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for cables and related products.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Development, Sales) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize procurement processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the cables industry is a plus.
