Responsibility
- Assist in the development and monitoring of factory strategic plans and operational budgets.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.
- Support manufacturing performance improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Participate in forecasting and variance analysis to ensure budget adherence.
- Assist in the implementation of cost-control measures and process optimizations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Basic understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
