Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention for enterprise-level customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring terms align with company goals and client expectations.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress and forecasts.
- Stay ahead of industry developments and competitive landscapes to position Extreme Broadband as a market leader.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
