Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
