Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Negotiate job offers and terms between candidates and employers.
- Provide career guidance and market insights to candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
