As a Strata Maintenance Administration Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of property maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficient vendor management, and seamless communication between stakeholders. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative tasks related to strata property maintenance.
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-ups to ensure resolution within SLA.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, strata bylaws, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and communications.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for strata maintenance projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including meetings and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Familiarity with strata management regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
