Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative tasks related to strata property maintenance.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-ups to ensure resolution within SLA.
- Prepare and distribute reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, strata bylaws, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and communications.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for strata maintenance projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including meetings and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Familiarity with strata management regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
