Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to facilitate easy access and inventory management.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
