Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance product quality.
- Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring products meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt QMS policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or logistics.
- Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector.
