Responsibility
- Serve as the primary administrator for CargoWise WMS, ensuring system configuration, updates, and maintenance are executed flawlessly.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations within the WMS, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor and optimize inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Generate and analyze WMS reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Train and support end-users on CargoWise WMS functionalities, best practices, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for WMS workflows, user guides, and SOPs to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on CargoWise updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements that align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CargoWise WMS Administrator or in a similar role within logistics/warehouse management.
- In-depth knowledge of CargoWise WMS modules, including inventory control, order processing, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and other data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to train and mentor team members on WMS usage and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
