Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans for injection, assembly, and printing processes based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Generate reports on production performance, order fulfillment, and inventory status for management review.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, production delays, or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, order fulfillment, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
