Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project rollout plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for logistics and manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, warehouse) and external partners (vendors, clients) to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep rollouts on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Optimize workflows by analyzing process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements for future rollouts.
- Manage documentation, including contracts, SOPs, and compliance records, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to resolve bottlenecks and foster collaboration between teams.
- Support post-rollout evaluations by gathering feedback, measuring KPIs, and documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, rollout planning, or operations within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar tools for planning and tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with teams at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, or logistics platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
