Responsibility
- Lead or support customer quality improvement projects to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) quality readiness through rigorous testing and validation.
- Conduct quality reviews and compliance audits in alignment with ISO QEHS and IATF 16949 standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive data-driven improvements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality best practices and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC for Junior roles; 5+ years for Senior roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and QEHS standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications in Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are highly advantageous.
