Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to align production with market needs.
- Optimize inventory levels across global distribution centers to minimize costs while ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Analyze transportation and warehousing costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times) and present insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with customs and compliance teams to ensure adherence to international shipping regulations.
- Implement ERP and WMS tools to enhance data accuracy and process automation.
- Support new product launches by assessing distribution feasibility and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with demand planning software (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
