Responsibility
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate logistics and operational data to track performance metrics and trends.
- Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements for cost and time savings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain activities to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key logistics KPIs and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in process audits and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and transportation logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in logistics operations is a plus.
