Responsibility
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments while verifying against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space and ensure easy accessibility of items.
- Prepare and process inventory reports, including stock levels, movements, and adjustments, for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low or excess inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Support cycle counting initiatives and assist in annual physical inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg, as required by the role.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and best practices in warehouse management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational demands.
