Responsibility
- Lead procurement activities across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods.
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Oversee the procurement budget, tracking expenditures and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
