Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and stock across multiple warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in the warehouse.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in warehouse environments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
