Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assemble and package products according to production schedules and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software is an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
