Responsibility
- Assist the operations command team in coordinating daily activities and workflows.
- Monitor and manage logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and operational software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, transport, or logistics operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
