Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- Liaise with production teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and documentation to support operational transparency.
- Assist in scheduling production runs, allocating resources, and prioritizing tasks based on demand and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage raw material orders, track shipments, and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare reports on production performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement for management review.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, correspondence, and meeting coordination for the production team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing operations, or administrative roles in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data management and reporting.
