Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions using digital or manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Assist in preparing orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
