Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain detailed job schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align resources and timelines.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on job status, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in job planning, production scheduling, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in planning software (e.g., ERP, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
