Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed job schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align resources and timelines.
- Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on job status, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Utilize planning software and tools to optimize scheduling and resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in job planning, production scheduling, or logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., ERP, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
