Responsibility
- Monitor and track inventory levels using advanced warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, warehouses, and storage areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner, adhering to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to facilitate timely material movements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile system records with actual stock.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including receipts, issue slips, and inventory reports, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices in material handling.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Certification in warehouse safety or forklift operation is advantageous.
