Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of sporting goods, fitness equipment, and office/school supplies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork for international and domestic shipments.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, and provide proactive solutions to maintain service levels.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy) and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in the sports/fitness or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs procedures and local transportation networks is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there) and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
