Responsibility
- Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and software (e.g., ERP, MES) to track progress, forecast capacity, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate material and resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory planning, or production scheduling.
- Proven expertise in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., wafer processing, packaging, testing) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
