Responsibility
- Load and unload aircraft materials safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Coordinate the movement of aircraft components within the facility to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with logistics and maintenance teams to streamline material flow.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as required.
- Follow aviation industry regulations and company policies for material handling.
- Assist in the preparation of shipment documentation and tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or material handling is a plus.
- Proven experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in aviation.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
