Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities in logistics and warehousing operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track quality KPIs and trends.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with management to align quality initiatives with business objectives and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, logistics, or warehousing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
