Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, quality assurance, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance to optimize cost and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, performance metrics, and variance analyses to senior management.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a culture of accountability, skill development, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production management, manufacturing, or logistics operations, preferably in the FMCG or bakery industry.
- Proven track record in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and production planning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
