Responsibility
- Operate packing machinery and equipment to package chocolate products efficiently.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of packed products before they are shipped.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor production lines to identify and resolve any packaging issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of packed products and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of packing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding food safety and packaging.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food packing or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
