As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring all materials and equipment are organized and readily available. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment in designated areas for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and report any variances.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply needs for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
