Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Oversee certification renewals and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, expenses, and vendor performance.
- Support administrative functions, including document management, reporting, and office coordination.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service.
- Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage certification processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a cost-conscious mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
