Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock levels are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials.
  • Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility of stored items.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all warehouse operations.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize heavy items as required in a warehouse setting.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in warehouse operations.
