Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of auto parts and supplies.
- Organize and label inventory for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders and restock items as needed.
- Assist in preparing and packing orders for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to the sales team by locating and retrieving requested items efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of auto parts and their categorization is advantageous.
