Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
- Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
